Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz full fat cottage cheese
  • 1 each banana
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 5 drops vanilla stevia

Equipment

  • 1 food processor immersion blender will work too

Method
 

  1. Blend everything in a food processor until smooth.
  2. Return to cottage cheese container and freeze for 60-90 minutes
