Vegan DIY Starbucks Cold Cream

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can chickpeas about 1/2 cup liquid
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 3 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Equipment

  • 1 stand mixer

Method
 

  1. Drain a can of chickpeas and reserve liquid.
  2. Reduce chickpea liquid by half. This should be about 1/4 cup.
  3. Add liquid to stand mixer and blend with remaining ingredients for 8-10 minutes until stiff peaks form.
