about 1/2 cup liquid

Instructions
Drain a can of chickpeas and reserve liquid.
Reduce chickpea liquid by half. This should be about 1/4 cup.
Add liquid to stand mixer and blend with remaining ingredients for 8-10 minutes until stiff peaks form.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
