optional, for thickness
Instructions
In a blender, combine the protein powder, canned pumpkin, almond milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and vanilla extract.
Blend until smooth.
If you'd like a thicker consistency, add ice cubes and blend again.
Pour into a glass and enjoy.
