Ingredients
  

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder 20g protein
  • 1/2 cup canned pumpkin not pumpkin pie filling
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk or milk of choice
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Ice cubes optional, for thickness

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, combine the protein powder, canned pumpkin, almond milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and vanilla extract.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • If you'd like a thicker consistency, add ice cubes and blend again.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy.
