Ingredients
  

  • 3 pounds ground turkey 85% lean
  • 1/3 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup Locatelli Romano cheese grated
  • 3/4 cup parsley chopped
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 clove garlic I use Dorot
  • 1 egg
  • salt and pepper to taste

Equipment

  • 1 Sheetpan
  • 1 baking dish 9x13

Method
 

  1. Gently combine all ingredient in a large bowl.
  2. Use a small ice cream scoop to form into even balls. (about 24)
  3. Bake at 375 F for 1 hour.
