Egg Salad Recipe

Quick and classic egg salad. High in protein too!

Ingredients
  

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs chopped
  • 2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt I use full fat
  • 2 tbsp mayo
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp parsley dill, or chives
  • 1/4 cup red onion finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp capers optional
  • Fresh cracked black pepper and sea salt optional

Method
 

  1. Combine all ingredients in bowl.
  2. Let sit in fridge 20 minutes before serving.
