Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup egg whites
  • 1 bag cauliflower rice frozen
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 scoop protein powder optional

Method
 

  1. Combine oats and water to microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 2 minutes.
  2. Add egg whites and stir. Then microwave for 2 additional minutes.
  3. Stir again, and microwave for additional 1-2 minutes. Add protein powder if using and mix well.
  4. Dust with cinnamon and enjoy.
