Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz chicken breast cooked and shredded
  • 1/2 avocado mashed
  • 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt unsweetened
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 celery stalk chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 large Romaine lettuce leaves

Method
 

  1. In a medium-sized bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mashed avocado, Greek yogurt, mustard, and lemon juice.
  2. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
  3. Add the chopped celery and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Stir everything together and serve the mixture inside the Romaine lettuce leaves for a fresh, low-carb wrap. Enjoy!
