  • 32 ounces chicken stock

Method
 

  1. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in stock pot.
  2. Add frozen bag of mirepoix and cook over medium heat until translucent and soft. About 10 minutes.
  3. Add broth or stock to vegetables and let simmer for 20 minutes.
  4. Transfer hot soup to blender and blend until smooth.
  5. Serve and enjoy
